Charlotte Clarke

Dancer

Charlotte is a professional dance artist. She gained a First Class Degree in Dance from The University of Northampton in 2013. Since graduating, Charlotte has been involved in a number of performance, choreographic and teaching opportunities. In 2015 she completed her fifth summer as a Head Dance Coach for Exsportise Ltd.

Charlotte has collaborated with Frankie Thompson to start their own Contemporary Dance performance company Piece of String. Their aim is to create works that compliment and contradict whilst pushing the boundaries of their own personal artistic preferences. They debuted their new work Still Image at the London Bridge Live Arts Festival on 25th and 26th September 2014.

Charlotte is focused on developing her choreographic practice whilst looking to push herself as a performer also.

Aerialist

In February 2014 Charlotte started training in Aerial Silks and now is a very competent performer as an aerialist both as a soloist and part of a group. Her skills lie in Aerial Silks and Aerial hoop with some experience also in Static trapeze.

Model

Throughout 2015 Charlotte has moved forward into modelling. Her experience lies in Dance and Fitness/Sports modelling. She also hopes to branch further into commercial modelling.

Focused. Creative. Driven. Passionate. Energetic.

Trying to live each day mindfully

It was an absolute pleasure to have Charlotte take part in our Frame Casting Call campaign. From dance to high intensity and athletic movements, Charlotte’s energy is unrelenting.

We had Charlotte as our subject model for an aerials, contemporary dance, modelling and powder shoot at the studio recently. Her performance was flawless, giving great energy and fun to whoever photographed her. A lovely girl who brought confidence and great humour. Thoroughly recommended.

Charlotte, was great to work with. Very professional and braved extreme cold to get the shot I wanted. Highly recommended!
