I am Charlotte, a late twenty something navigating life one run, dog walk, gin, bake at a time.

So who am I?
I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with experience working in Boutique Gyms and Studios. Aside from 1-2-1 Personal training I also have over 2,000 hours of Boutique Fitness Class teaching experience.
I am currently training for my first Ultramarathon to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.
After completing the Beat Transitions course I made the move from Personal Training to a new role for me, A Student Advisor in a Students’ Union. Turns out, I’m quite good at talking for a living and help students every day with academic, housing and personal health and wellbeing cases.
I have a dog, Bonnie, who saved me so you’re also bound to see lots of her here!
